Now these days, I am involved in meditation..as I practise it almost daily...It is really staisfying and fulfilling
In my search of truth of life I found teaching of Budhha and his religion the most appropriate for myself in the present time frame..
Its beautiful perception make quality of life better...

it says human are  just part of this nature...It is the nature who rules not
human...one should know it...change is universal truth
